Secondary Proffesion, doesnt get primary skills? - Guild Wars Forums

Hello I am new to GW and have a question. When you pick your secondary profession I understand that you do not get the Primary Attribute for that class such as Strength for warrior and Fastcasting for Mesmer ect..
My question is by looking at this sites Skills information in the strength catagory for warriors there are several skills... Do you not have acess to these skills if you dont have the strength attribute on a character with warrior as secondary?
If this is true and you do not have acces to the skills.. what about mesmer and Elementalist where there primary atribute is fast casting and Energy storage, and there are no skills under these catagories in the skills listing on this site.. does one with those classes as secondary not lose as much?
Maybe I am reading the warrior deal wrong and you do not lose any skills just the strength attribute? im hoping this is the case

You get all the skills of your secondary, you just can't raise the power of the skills in the primary attribute. The only profession with no skills in their primary attribute is Necromancer, btw.

Thanks I have another question Does the primsary attribute such as fast casting of a mesmer effect the elemtalist casting times? and likewise do other primary effect effect all secondary actions that may pertain?
